“Pool was closed for refurbishment”

“Always a wonderful property to say at.....”

“Wonderful stay”

“Wonderful hotel to stay in. Very cordial and respectful staff”

“Front desk staff was polite at check in. The room needed some repairs. Breakfast was well stocked and had good variety”

“We were there 3 nights. There were roaches in the bathroom. Luckily this was more of a tourist visit and we weren't in the room much. The staff was kind, but not around much. Breakfast was good except the orange juice was watered down. There is a lot of light that comes through the doors because they do not close tightly.”

“Love the location and convenience to many restaurants.”

“Men fwn Adelifa She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Thank you, I will choose to stay here again next time.”

“Bed was pretty stiff, and I normally love a firm mattress. Smelled a little in the lobby. Shower tub area just looked kinda gross and there was a chunk of the shower wall missing about the size of a fist. It was fine for a one evening stay. Not the worst I've stayed.”

“Great stay”

“Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was as expected. Common areas, hallways, elevators could use some TLC however.”

“The room was clean. Breakfast was fine, but service was slow. Good location for the Opry and Hermitage.”

“Ice machine. Nice place”
